Be Human, Middelwater is a deeply meaningful project for us. What was once an old horse stable was carefully reimagined into a warm, character-filled wedding venue — a space layered with history, heart, and intention.

We worked closely with the owner.Together, we sifted through the many items he had collected over the years, uncovering pieces rich in memory and charm.

These were thoughtfully restored and paired with finds from antique stores, allowing old and new stories to live side by side.
The result is a rustic, eclectic interior softened by modern elements — imperfect, soulful, and inviting. Natural textures, timeworn finishes, and carefully chosen contemporary touches create a venue that feels authentic rather than overdesigned.

This project stands as a tribute to collaboration, craftsmanship, and the spirit of a space that continues to celebrate love — and to the owner whose vision will always be part of it.
